To order a customizable piece to be mailed, please look for items that are described in their title “With Mailing” at the end. These are set up for prompting you to submit a mail list. You can order mail pieces on their own without the mailing services offered by us. Just choose a piece that is NOT described “With Mailing.”

Once you customize your piece and add it to your cart, you can still order other, different, items. The same piece (ItemID) can only be ordered once per order. If you need to customize the same piece again for a different mailing, you will need to place another order.

NOTE The following:

• The costs of postage is included in the price of the piece. This only applies to mailings within the United States. If you send non U.S. addresses you may be contacted to review additional costs.
• Mailings must be a minimum of 300 addresses to meet postal regulations. If your list contains less than 300 addresses you may be contacted to review additional costs.
• We recommend that you include an address of someone from your organization on the list. That way you can see first hand what your recipients experience.
